The Word + The Spirit

Our worship is a response to God’s Revelation about himself, so we want our worship to be fueled by God’s Word and filled by The Spirit because God is spirit and those who worship him much worship in spirit and truth (John 4:24).

Excellence + Engagement

God is excellent and deserves our excellence in everything we bring to him as an offering. We seek not only to worship the Lord with excellence in craft, but also engage others in true worship pointing them to the glory of Jesus.

Unity + Development

We seek to be unified with one another as a team, choosing to serve one another rather than seeking to be served. We also have a burden to see worshipers and worship leaders raised up and sent out into the harvest specifically at church plants in major university centers in North America.

CULTURE

We submit ourselves to the WORD of God

We depend on the power of the HOLY SPIRIT

We choose CHARACTER over competence

We choose CAMARADERIE over comparison

We choose to be WORSHIPERS rather than entertainers

We are SHEPHERDS not just song leaders

We choose to SERVE one another over serving ourselves

We pursue undistracting EXCELLENCE to the Glory of God

We DEVELOP worshipers and worship leaders for the harvest

We REST in the reality that none of us are needed, but we are are all wanted
